CONDITIONS, RETURN AN REFUND POLICIES

We will accept returned products under the following conditions.

Return:

*If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, we’ll exchange it for a similar one or another one you choose (on the same price range). You have fifteen days from the day you made your purchase to inform us that you want to return it.

*The product must be unused, intact, with its package, and with all of its tags attached.

*Return with the shipping label.

*You must cover the shipping costs.

*Get in touch with us to let you know the process in your respective case (either in return, refund, or other grievance you might have) via email or by filling in the inquiries form.

*If the product does not comply all of the conditions mentioned before, we can’t accept the return, exchange the product, or make a refund.

Refund:

We will refund only if the product is unused, intact, with its package, and with all of its tags attached. We will refund the money on the same card you used to pay initially.

If the product you received is faulty, we will do complete refund, however, we won’t cover the shipping fees.

General conditions:

Since it is a handmade product, there might be slight variations (size, design, shape, or color) with the photos posted on our site. The designs are original from our artisans (either created by them or inspired in other products). Some products are made by Salvadoran or Guatemalan artisans.
